Chuck King is the Dean of the School of Business & Leadership and Professor of Management, Law and Ethics at Colorado Christian University.  Dr. King is Of Counsel to the Law Firms of Thomas N. Scheffel & Associates P.C.  He is a Managing Partner and Senior consultant for Capstone Alliance, LLC.  He practices and consults in the areas of Human Resource Management, Corporate Law, and Strategic Planning (in both the For-Profit and Non-Profit arenas) and has a background in litigation.  He is a frequent seminar speaker and has conducted seminars throughout the United States and Asia.  Chuck is a former FBI Agent and has served as Labor Relations Manager and Corporate Manager of Employment for Samsonite Corporation.  He received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and his J.D. from the University of Denver.

W. Talbot Daley is the Managing Director of Retail Client Service for Legg Mason Capital Management (LMCM). Tal's group supports and compliments Legg Mason's highly regarded Legg Mason Capital Management affiliate. LMCM is dedicated to providing investors competitive long-term results based on a visionary value investment process. Tal's respect for investors is evidenced by his passion for an investment-driven sales process for financial advisors. Prior to joining Legg Mason, he held various management positions with Johnson & Johnson and Dun & Bradstreet. Before founding the Legg Mason Mutual Funds department in 1992, he worked as the Market Strategist for the company's Research Department, responsible for equity, market, and economic information to the firm's financial advisors. In 2006 Tal was named Director of the Legg Mason Intellectual Capital Group, a research group focused on the marriage of traditional financial analysis and behavioral finance. He has also served the firm as a Financial Advisor and in Branch Management. He graduated from Susquehanna University in 1976. Tal is the past Chairman and remains on the board of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland, a non-profit organization dedicated to the economic education of children in grades K through 12.

John T. Dovydaitis is a Flight Officer for Allegiant Air LLC. He has been a pilot since 2001. Before flying John served as Director and Officer of a Non-Profit Corporation for 5 years. He also spent 7 years in the Financial Services Industry as a Financial Advisor at Key Bank and Merrill Lynch. John graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration from The State University of New York at Buffalo. John enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and holds a strong interest in politics.
